1 General Provisions

g77u ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online casino and sports betting service operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("user", "player", "you") and g77u.

By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the g77u platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to players in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account at g77u. Use of the platform is permitted only for individuals aged 21 or above. We may request valid identification for age verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information at the time of registration, including:

• Full name (matching your national identity card)
• Correct date of birth
• Current contact details (phone number and email)
• Correct address

Providing false or misleading information will result in account suspension or closure, and any pending payments may be cancelled.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

g77u conducts identity verification to provide a secure service and prevent financial fraud. We may request the following documents at any time:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of payment method verification

Withdrawal facilities may be limited until the verification process is complete.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your g77u account login credentials completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone and use a strong password.

• Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited.
• In the event of suspicious activity or unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
• Always log out after logging in from a public or shared device.
• Keep your email and phone number secure, as they are used for account recovery.

You are responsible for all activities carried out on your account. g77u is not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized access, unless a technical fault on our part is proven.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods

g77u currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank). All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (all methods)

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required in special circumstances, such as when identity verification is ongoing or a security review is needed.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before making a withdrawal:

• The account must be fully verified.
• Applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met.
• The withdrawal method must be registered in your name (withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited).
• It is recommended that the deposit and withdrawal methods be the same.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

g77u offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳26,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated only on the bonus amount (not the deposit amount). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period — unused bonuses will expire at the end of that period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Bonuses can only be used for betting purposes — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• g77u reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, g77u may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 VIP Program

g77u's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular play. Specific benefits and privileges apply for each tier.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by g77u

g77u may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• If you violate any provision of these terms and conditions.
• If you fail to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• If there is suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Under a court order or regulatory directive.
• If the account has had no activity for an extended period.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for a long period. You will be notified in advance by email.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, g77u is not liable for:

• Any financial loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Lost bets or game interruptions caused by internet connection issues.
• Errors in third-party software or services.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized access where there was no vulnerability in our systems.
• Service downtime due to any cause beyond our control.

12.1 Changes to Service
